Patricia Lansche began Lansche Design five years ago after working for many years in the fine and performing arts as an art dealer and as a classical violinist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Violin Performance, and has done graduate work in Arts Administration and Landscape Design. Her signature style is classic, elegant and refined, and her knowledge of fine art and antiques of investment quality is complemented by her equally impressive knowledge of multimedia entertainment systems and professional kitchens, knowledge gained while working as a professional pastry chef. One of her distinguishing strengths is her ability to bring the most advanced technology into spaces rich with historical allusion, creating environments that are both visually and functionally sophisticated. Ms. Lansche also speaks German, studies cabaret singing and is very well traveled, searching the globe to bring her clients unique furnishings, accessories and design inspiration.

Look for Patricia on HGTV in two new episodes of Landscape Smart, working magic with two dramatic backyard makeovers.

Paige Payne has over a decade of experience in the fine art world as a curator, art dealer and art consultant for interior design. She has a Master of Arts in Art History, and has practiced as an exhibition designer. Although Ms. Payne has eclectic design interests, her signature style is sophisticated, vibrant, hip, and very contemporary. Her extensive knowledge of art history informs all of her aesthetic choices, and she often brings classic elements to modernist design through the integration of fine art, antiques and unique, custom-designed furnishings and accessories. Ms. Payne's true strength is in her ability to work with people, to listen attentively, strategize creatively and communicate effectively. Schooled in Switzerland, Ms. Payne speaks French and has a continental perspective on life.
